We can provide letters requesting proof of address. As this is a non-NHS process, it will attract a charge. We can only state how long you have been registered with us at that address. Therefore, if you've only been registered with us for 6 months, we can only provide information to confirm you've been at that address for 6 months (even if you have been living there longer).
